Purpose

The purpose of the hubs is to expand participation and facilitate access to the GHF 2010 Conference content, giving access to those who cannot attend the GHF 2010 Conference in person and offering them networking possibilities with individuals organizing or attending hubs in their region. To achieve these purposes, GHF 2010 will promote hubs on its website and make content of the GHF 2010 Conference and content related to global access to health available to hubs organizers.

Eligibility

GHF 2010 will provide the content for the hubs only to parties who enter into this Agreement. As a GHF Hub you agree that:

-  the purpose of the hub is in line with the ones listed above
-  the hub reflects and/or supports the vision and objectives of the conference as specified on http://ghf10.org/reports/129 and on http://ghf10.org/reports/155
- the purpose of the hub must be not-for-profit;
- all registration information you submit is complete, truthful and accurate;
- you will maintain the accuracy of this information and update it as necessary by email (info.genevahealthforum@hcuge.ch);

Available Content

The content made available for the hubs comprises:
-    Parallel sessions, including video, audio, powerpoint presentations.
-    Only certain sessions will be available to hubs. These sessions will be announced in January 2010 and may change at any time.

Non-commercial Use

Any commercial use of hubs content is forbidden. Commercial use includes:
- making people pay to participate in a hub session
- selling content (PowerPoint, DVDs, etc.)
- using the hub event for another purpose than the ones listed above under Purpose. The primary goal of the hub can not be gaining advertising or selling products.
- Some additional services might be charged for, e.g. selling food and beverages, transportation, strictly at standard local cost.

Please read carefully the following as it is fundamental.

GHF 2010 cannot be held responsible for any loss linked to the non-availability of video content, internet connection problems, cancellation or delay of one or more session(s) or any other technical problems. The GHF will not be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation any costs, lost profits or staff time. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for damages or injury to, and/or any claims of, any person attending your hub and for any persons or entities retained by you in connection with your hub.

Term and Termination
